Hi Dad! Micah and I finally bought our plane tickets and we are headed to Dallas to see you! We fly in on April 18th, and fly out on April 25th. That is one whole week we get to spend with you and Mom. We can't wait to come visit (and watch a lot of Law & Order)!!! :)

Families Can Be Together Forever
I moved pictures from my camera to the computer today and found this one:
I plan to post about our visit to the Draper Temple Open House and the Dedication on my blog at some point but today, right now, I feel so grateful for you and mom who have always taught me that the temple is a special and sacred place. I grew up knowing that our family could be together forever and that was so comforting to me. I remember you and mom attending often and how happy you both were on those days. I treasure the memory of all our family being together in the Jordan River temple this past December. And I look forward to a day when my children will join us in this holy place. I love the temple and I love you, Dad~ forever.

Sorry we MISSED you on your birthday!
Those of us who are in Utah try to get together regularly to celebrate birthdays. We wish our whole family lived here so we could tell them each how happy we are that they were born and that they are part of our lives. This time- we wished YOU were here!
